Founded by Stephanie Hirsh, No Rules Fashion is a NOLA Lower Quarter institution for offbeat, alternative and festival fashion that celebrates every body and every identity. We celebrate No Rules the way New Orleans celebrates everything, loudly, joyfully and with zero restraint. Our holographic pieces are woven into the fabric of this incredible store and we are so honoured to be part of it. New Orleans is a city built on excess, sparkle, soul and flair, a place where the debauchery is the point and the dress code is whatever makes you feel alive. Sea Dragon Studio has been part of the Tibbs & Bones family almost from the beginning. Our stories are intertwined, two independent brands born from the same dancefloors and the same dream, growing alongside each other from market stalls and late nights into something neither of us could have imagined.
Named after their two cats, Tibbs & Bones was started in 2014 by Jade and Maddy, two people who turned a shared love of festival fashion and Melbourne's market scene into one of Australia's most loved alternative, festival and doof fashion stores. What started as a vintage stall at the Camberwell Market became a Northcote shopfront, then Chapel Street, then through a pandemic and out the other side to their current dream space on Greville Street in Prahran. Every step of that journey was fuelled by heart, hard work and an unwavering commitment to the community they were building.
Jade and Maddy have built something truly rare, a store that doesn't just stock independent makers but genuinely champions them, a space where personal style is celebrated as art, where the LGBTQ++ community is not just welcome but centred, and where the Australian doof and music culture that shaped so many of us is kept alive and vibrant. Their team is known for something you can't fake, making every single person who walks through the door feel seen, celebrated and confident in exactly who they are.
