Born on the Dancefloor
Sea Dragon Studio started on the dance floors of Australia's music festivals. What began as handmade outfits stitched for friends who wanted to shine as bright as the music quickly became something bigger, a small independent label built on one simple belief: your clothes should catch the light as hard as you catch the beat.
A few years and a lot of holographic lycra later, Sea Dragon Studio is worn at Burning Man, EDC, Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, pride events, drag shows, aerial performances and club nights on every continent. We're still a tiny team. We still make everything by hand. And we still get a thrill every time we see one of our pieces light up a dancefloor on the other side of the world.
Meet the Maker
Sea Dragon Studio is founded and run by Jesseca Scheck, a festival veteran and self-taught designer who turned a passion for holographic everything into a global fashion label. What started as one-off pieces for friends on Australian dancefloors has grown into a brand that's dressed pop stars, Victoria's Secret models and festival-goers on every continent, with features in the New York Times along the way.
From sourcing fabrics and designing new styles to managing production and personally answering customer messages, Jesseca is hands-on across every part of the business. Sea Dragon Studio is not a faceless brand, it's one person's obsession with making people shine, scaled up but never sold out.
Made for Every Body
Festival fashion shouldn't stop at a size chart. Every Sea Dragon Studio piece is available from XS to Plus Size in petite, regular and tall lengths, with custom sizing at no extra charge. Whether you're 5'2" or 6'4", whether you want a skin-tight bodysuit or a relaxed kimono, we'll make it fit you. Not the other way around.
Handmade to Order
Nothing is mass-produced. When you place an order, our team cuts and sews it specifically for you, from our signature stretch holographic lycra in the color and size you choose. Made to order means zero waste and a piece that's unique to you. It also means we can do things the big brands can't, like custom color combinations, special lengths and one-off requests. Just ask.
The Fabric
Our signature holographic stretch lycra is a 4-way stretch sports-grade spandex with a color-shifting holographic finish. It's lightweight, breathable, built to move and designed to catch every beam of light on the dancefloor. We source the highest quality holographic fabrics available and we're constantly adding new colorways, textures and finishes to the range.
Shipped Worldwide, No Surprises
We ship every order worldwide via DHL Express with full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. That means no surprise customs charges or import fees when your package arrives, what you pay at checkout is what you pay, full stop. Most orders ship within 5-10 business days of being handmade, and DHL typically delivers within 3-5 business days from dispatch.
